The Cats will be without Sam Alberts, who broke his leg in round seven, while Blair Oakley will miss with a shoulder injury and assistant playing coach Nick Johnstone is out with a leg injury.
But Price has been able to bring in some guns for the Warrnambool and District league match.
Star Travis Membrey is back, key back Brendan Chatfield returns after four weeks away and Brett Hunger is in for his first appearance of the year.
Hunger, who just returned from overseas, switched from Hampden league club Warrnambool in the past few weeks.
Price said Chatfield was "good structurally for us", while Hunger was a "good ball user and really fit".
South Rovers has two changes of its own for the encounter with Dechlan Picken and Braden Hotker coming in for the injured Josh Brown and Dylan Cox.
Meanwhile, the flu has struck East Warrnambool.
Hayden Harradine, Matthew Kenny and Tim Chatfield will all miss the Nirranda clash with the flu.
Assistant coach Paul Hrabar said Dylan Burns would also miss due to injury.
"He'll be missed in the ruck and forward line," he said.
The four outs mean others will get their chance and Roy Oakley, whose father played for the Bombers, will make his debut for the club. Cody Richards also returns after recovering from an ankle injury.
Nirranda coach Shane Threlfall has had to shift the magnets this week with Inoke Ratu and prolific goalkicker Gary Robinson unavailable.
But the Blues will welcome back premiership player Bronte McCann for his first senior match of the season after he cut his thumb badly over summer.
McCann will play down back or in the ruck, while Jack Primmer returns after two weeks off with a leg injury.
Top-of-the-table Kolora-Noorat will miss its captain Jake Richardson for the encounter with Timboon Demons.
Coach Ben Walsh said Richardson had a knee complaint and was expected to miss one to two matches.
Star midfielder Scott Judd is out again with a back injury he is managing.
Meanwhile, young gun Henry Kenna will make his senior debut for the club after captaining the under 16s interleague side last weekend.
Walsh said he was thrilled to have the teenager in the team.
"He's got a really bright future and I'm excited to give him an opportunity," he said.
Timboon Demons' James Faulkner and Thomas Hunt come in for Oliver Stansfield and Nathan Gillingham.
Dennington will bring one of its best players back for its match with Russells Creek at home.
Multiple best and fairest winner and co-captain Luke Duncan will bring leadership to the Dogs' back line.
Coach Mick Phillips said it was great to have the "good intercept mark" in his team.
Meanwhile, Jack McCutcheon and Tyson Umbers return from injury, while Phillips won't play.
Peter Timms said his team was growing in confidence after taking it up to second-placed Old Collegians last Saturday.
Russells Creek will this week be bolstered by the addition of Heath Moloney, who is back from Darwin to play.
Old Collegians will be without stars Joshua Reichman and Izaac Dwyer, who are unavailable for the Panmure clash.
But the Warriors have a couple of significant inclusions with forwards Michael Darmody and Nathan Forth returning.
The Bulldogs have just one change with Shaun Griffin in for Adam Lee, who is unavailable.
Griffin injured his groin in round one and this will be his first match back.
