There will be all singing and all dancing events around town over the next few months as the Warrnambool Eisteddfod season kicks off again.

The Aria competition will be the first to take to the stage this weekend with heats and final on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 May respectively.
Event convenor Christine Hayes said that the competition will be held for the first time at the Christ Church in Henna Street.
"The acoustics will be amazing," she said.
"We won't even need to use microphones for the performance."
Two Warrnambool entrants will join a performers from Melbourne in the competition this year.
Regular south-west performer Louise Keast will be on stage, and Emmanuel College VCE singing student Caitlyn Symons will make her debut in the competition.
"Caitlyn is a year 12 student and she is looking for the experience of the adjudication," Mrs Hayes said.
The winner of the aria competition will take home $3500 which has been used in the past to help further the career of the recipient.
"A lot of them use the money to go and study overseas," Mrs Hayes said.
"Last year's winner Michelle McCarthy has just competed at a competition in Italy.
"This event can be a springboard for greater success."
"This is a chance to see young talent who are up and coming and hear some beautiful music."
Tickets are available on the door and refreshments will be provided after the performance. The performance will start at 9.30am on Saturday 25 May, and 1pm Sunday 26 May. For more information please go to the Warrnambool Eisteddfod website.
