Top-order batsman Alex Strauch has been appointed the club's senior coach, while Geoff Williams has been re-appointed captain of the division one side.
Strauch, who joined the WDCA from the Eastern Cricket Association's Hawthorn Cricket Club following the 2016/17 season, has played 21 division one games for Factory.
"I'm looking forward to coaching a club with rich history," he said.
"And while I'm not going to re-invent the wheel, I am looking to implement some different structures in relation to the way we approach training and game day".
Williams, who played 15 division one matches in the 2018/19 season at an average of 23.7 runs, said he was excited to take the reins as skipper once more and work alongside Strauch.
Factory president Tim Cain said the future was bright for the club.
"Alex is enthusiastic, well-resourced and has already built strong relationships with players at the club," he said.
"Geoff has been re-appointed on the back of being an excellent mentor and leader to our younger players."
Nestles finished eighth in the 2018/19 WDCA season with six wins, one draw and eight losses.
The club has won 29 division one premierships since the 1944/45 season, with the most recent in 2003.
