A detailed map has also emerged online, showing voters where they can find democracy sausage sizzles, cake stalls and coffee. Icons also show where there's vegetarian options, halal food and bacon and egg rolls on offer.
The Democracy Sausage Map was put together from crowdsourced information from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and polling place stallholders.
"It's practically part of the Australian Constitution. Or something," the site reads.
