Cobden young gun Amy Hammond is excited to represent the Hampden league just like her dad, Stephen, did during his decorated career with the Bombers.

The 19-year-old will step up for her first interleague match in open grade hoping to take victory against the Ballarat Football Netball League.

Hampden football and netball interleague matches will played on the same day for the first time in many years.

The netball and football matches start at 1.30pm on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Terang Mortlake has continued its strong start to the season.

It has already won more matches than it did last year and beat Hamilton Kangaroos by 19 goals on Saturday.

Camperdown will be looking for two in a row after the bye after beating Port Fairy in a low-scoring 29 to 15 win.

The sixth-placed Magpies face the ninth-placed Hamilton Kangaroos next.

Fans will have to wait for one of the most anticipated Hampden league matches of the season.

North Warrnambool Eagles will host Koroit at Bushfield on May 25.

The Warrnambool and District league will charge on this Saturday.

Match of the round will be the Timboon Demons and Nirranda clash.

The Blues were victorious when the teams met in a qualifying final last year but the Demons have showed plenty of promise this season.

Meanwhile, an Old Collegians goalie achieved an incredible feat on Saturday.

Maggie Kline banked 47 goals, three more than what Allansford scored as a team for the match.

Apparently the Warriors didn't miss a goal until the third quarter in their 72-44 triumph.

Old Collegians faces Russells Creek this Saturday.
