The club will fling open the doors of its op shop storage shed at Victoria Park.
Koroit Lions Club member Bruce Brown said the shed contains bigger items that can't fit in the High Street op shop.
"There is a lot of furniture in the shed, couches, chairs, tables, dressers, wardrobes, even some beds," Mr Brown said.
"We don't have a lot of room at the shop for these items, we just dribble them across when we can.
"This is a good opportunity for people to come along and have a look at what we have.
"We will also have a lot of books for sale, which again we have had to store because there is already so much stuff in the shop."
The opening of the storage shed at Victoria Park will run from 10am to 1pm on Saturday. Going forward, plans are to open the shed on the third Saturday of each month.
