A UTE worth about $50,000 was stolen from a Colac nursery after the thieves used it to ram the front gate of the business.

Detective Senior Constable Stuart Sims, of the Colac Crime Investigation Unit, said the offenders stole an iPhone, computer and tools before fleeing the scene with the vehicle.
He said the incident occurred at the Queen Street business between 10.30pm on Saturday night and 6am Sunday morning.
The white Toyota Hilux, which has the registration plate 1LD 3AU, has not been found.
Detective Senior Constable Sims said the ute had a distinctive 1000 water tank in its tray.
Police are also seeking information on a theft at Colac's Central Motel on Friday night. Anyone with information is asked to contact Colac police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
