The Eagles assistant coach has overcome knee and achilles injuries to book her spot in the Bottle Greens' interleague side to face Ballarat on May 18.
Billings was the Eagles' best in their hard-fought 46-39 win over Warrnambool at Bushfield on Saturday, sinking 20 goals playing at goal attack.
Barr said she was proud of Billings' ability to fight back after numerous injury setbacks.

"It's great to see her get an opportunity to play interleague," she said.
"She shot well yesterday and her work rate was up."
Billings will represent the Bottle Greens alongside her twin sister Jordyn.
Barr said the Eagles, who sit second and take a 4-1 win-loss record into the break, were pleased to overcome the Blues.
She believes they're a side on the rise.
"The conditions were hard, it's hard to play when it drizzles all day but I still thought it was relatively high-scoring," Barr said.
