Ruckman Sandy Robinson (broken nose), key forward Sam McCartney (shoulder) and wingman Dylan Herbertson (abdomen) were all injured in the 14.19 (103) to 6.4 (40) win.
Port Fairy assistant coach Winis Imbi said the Seagulls' coaching panel expected the trio to be right to go after the break.
"'Smac' (McCartney) hurt his shoulder but it's probably more muscular than any of the joints and Sandy has hurt his appearance more than anything as he will probably have a broken nose but he will be fine," he said.
"'Stink' (Herbertson) has hurt something around his stomach area so that may be muscular as well. The boys will get checked out on Monday and we hope they will have a speedy recovery."
Camperdown will also be sweating on how Matthew Field, who is one of five Magpies in the interleague squad, pulls up after it was suspected he injured his hamstring in the defeat.
Imbi said the Seagulls' leaders were pleased with how the side outran the Magpies despite having three less rotations for a majority of the encounter.

"We have got structures in place and it's not talent driven, it's people playing specific roles and thankfully with the conditions it didn't change the way we wanted to go about it," he said.
"Yes we lost men but we didn't lose our structure and that was really pleasing considering what we did.
"How we played our method for the entire game was a really good effort because we had no bench from the 10-minute mark of the second quarter."
Magpies co-coach Neville Swayn conceded his side was struggling with its ball movement as it scored in the 40s for the second consecutive week.
"We just can't kick a score at the minute, we can't generate enough forward-50 entries to hit the scoreboard and it was the same last week," he said.
"I can't knock the boys for their effort, it's just our execution that is killing us and we turn it over in dangerous spots and against good sides they just hurt you back the other way.
"As soon as we get it from half back we turn it over through the middle of the ground and they are getting goals from that. We have to keep working on that.
"We just have to work hard and we may have to change some personnel to find a bit out."
Port Fairy proved a handful up forward for the Magpies' defenders as playing coach Dan Nicholson (five goals), forward Lachie Glare (three) and midfielder Kaine Mercovich (three) all chipped in with multiple majors.
Matt Sully, who was switched from his usual defensive post into the ruck, was named best on ground after replacing the injured Robinson in the battle against Will Rowbottom.
Bayley Thompson (two) was Camperdown's only multiple goal-kicker.
