The former Camperdown netballer-turned Timboon Demons mentor will lead the Bottle Greens' under 17 side at interleague level.
Sinnott has picked an 11-player team which will fine-tune at the Barwon Junior Interleague Competition on Sunday before tackling the Netball Victoria Western Region Association Championships in Warrnambool on May 26.
The Bottle Greens will strive to qualify for the association state championships, scheduled for June 23 in Melbourne, via the Western Region series.
Sinnott said she was happy to extend her involvement with the Hampden league.
"It was an opportunity that came up and I thought I'd try something different," she said.
"I have gone a different way in terms of senior coaching this year."
Sinnott said the talent at the Bottle Greens' disposal forced the under 17 team to have three selection trials.
"It was a big process after a big turnout for try-outs," she said.
"The quality and ability was really good and made it difficult. Sometimes there is a divide between ability but I couldn't quite split them.
"After the second session we cut eight from the group and the last one we cut it back to 11."
The Hampden team is brimming with senior-experienced teenagers.
"We have got a really agile and explosive mid-court and a good combination of attack and defence," Sinnott said.
"We have good options - a few talls but the ones who aren't as tall have speed and can read the play well."
The Hampden league has also picked its under 15 and under 13 junior squads.
