Branxholme's Georgia Clarke was one of 24 Cats to re-sign with the club, which announced its 2020 list on Friday.
Geelong made its AFLW debut in 2019.
The competition, entering its fourth season, will expand to 14 teams with Richmond, St Kilda, West Coast and Gold Coast given licences.
"With four new clubs entering the AFLW competition in 2020, we had a strong focus on ensuring we maintained the bulk of our list," Geelong's AFLW operations and recruiting manager Ben Waller said.
"We are pleased to have reached agreements with 24 players and look forward to the continued development of our list."
Clarke, who graduated from Hamilton's Monivae College in 2018, told The Standard after her first win earlier this year it felt surreal being on an AFLW list.
"It was a bit crazy, the other day I was in the ice bath and Gary Ablett was in there too," she said at the time.
"So there was a bit of a fan-girling moment."
