Louis Cahill (unavailable), Paul Pekin (hamstring), Tomas Lindquist (calf soreness), Sam Uwland (quad) and Zac Green (concussion) all return, while Ryleigh Mcvilly and Charlie Darcy are named on the Bombers' extended bench.
Joshua Hickey (ankle) and Thomas Watson (quad) are forced out of the side with injuries, while Nicholas O'Connor and William Benallack have had to make way for returning players.
Bombers coach Adam Courtney said the inclusions would bolster his side, who are winless so far this season, for its trip down the highway to Port Fairy.
"They bring lots of experience back to us as the last game against North Warrnambool 14 of our 21 players had played 15 games or less," he said.
"So they will add a lot of experience and they are all good users of footy and have really smart footy minds."
Port Fairy have had to make two forced changes with Josh Dwyer returning to Greater Western Victoria Rebels duties and Lachie Glare is spending time with his newborn child.
Teenager Jake Bartlett returns to the Seagulls' forward line, while Matthew Pitt will swing between midfield and forward duties in his return.
Terang Mortlake has also bolstered its side as it looks to break its winless start against North Warrnambool Eagles at Bushfield in what will be Tyson Densley's 200th game for the club.
Chris Baxter returns from travelling overseas, while Sam Crawley (unavailable) comes back into the side after missing the Bloods' defeat to Warrnambool.
Jake Lee will miss the match due to a back injury, while Dom Kenna has general soreness.
Bloods coach Michael Sargeant said the pair gave his side a much needed boost after two heavy defeats.
"Firstly both bring a heap of leadership in terms of the being 100-game players for the club," he said.
"They are quality players and they obviously give us a bit more run and we are hoping they will play in multiple positions for us."
The Eagles have made one forced change with Tom Batten out with an injured hamstring. He is replaced in the Adam Dowie-led side by Liam Stow.
Camperdown will unveil a debutant as one of two changes for its clash against an in-form Warrnambool at Reid Oval.
Under 18 prodigy Luke Ball is promoted into the side alongside Jacob Mahony, who has shown good form in the Magpies' reserves. Liam Darcy is a forced change due to a leg injury, while Toby Kent has been omitted.
Campderdown co-coach Neville Swayn, who mentors alongside Jack Williams, said the teenager had impressed over the pre-season and in his opening two games.
"It was our intention over the summer that we would like him to play a few games with us," he said.
"He is hard at it for an under 18 and he brings a fierceness at contest and he is good with his skills. He can also play a variety of roles."
