Now in its third year, Elliott said the event would draw more than 300 competitors from across the country including as far away as Alice Springs and Adelaide.
He said it would take roughly 20 minutes to complete a lap of the "scenic" course.
It includes natural terrain, a bush section that winds through trees, wide open paddocks near Lake Cartcarrong with jumps and some enduro sections involving rocks, logs and tractor tyres that will put the riders' skills to the test.
The event will be split into six age divisions. There will be an ironman division with the top 20 riders from both juniors and seniors qualifying for a two-lap shootout in which $1750 in prize-money is up for grabs.
A group of freestyle motocross riders, organised by Warrnambool's Jordan Gillies, will also perform.
Elliott said he expected more than 500 spectators to attend, with a hay bail grandstand providing the perfect viewing platform.
"They will be treated to some great racing with some of the best enduro motocross riders to date in Australia coming out here to compete," he said.
The Kuleah Moto will be held at 3223 Caramut Road on Saturday from 8am, with the freestyle performance at midday and 4.30pm and the shootout taking off at 3.30pm. A live band will perform once racing is finished, with drinks and a spit roast dinner on offer.
