Ella Frost, 19, of Fleetwood Court, pleaded guilty in Warrnambool Magistrates to persistently breaching a family violence intervention order.
Lawyer Amanda Chambers said her client was a heavy ice user but being remanded in custody had been a "circuit breaker" to her offending.
She said Frost conceded her behaviour was "outrageous" and now understood the importance of complying with court imposed orders.
But magistrate Franz Holzer said jail was the only sentence that would appropriately reflect the seriousness of Frost's offending.
He sentenced her to 90 days' jail with 62 days already spent in custody on remand. He also reimposed a community corrections order she was placed on for similar offending.
Between January 8 and 27, 2018, Frost made 427 calls and texts to her former partner, despite a court order she not contact him.
Police said the text messages were abusive and some included photos of male genitals.
Then between February 16 and 19, 2018, Frost made another 432 calls and sent 136 texts, including 14 inappropriate picture messages, to the victim. He attended the Shepparton police station on February 18 to report the offending.
Police said Frost called the victim 10 times while he was at the station. During one of the phone calls she sung a song about the victim's genitals. The court heard the offending left the victim feeling anxious and depressed.
Frost was arrested on February 21. She initially denied the offending and blamed the calls on someone called Jessica.
The court heard Frost also breached a separate court order after throwing a can of diced tomatoes, a shoe, laundry basket and a deodorant can at her 15-year-old brother after he ate her food.
