Veal became the first driver to claim race victories in all three nights of the annual series with wins at Avalon on Friday, Mount Gambier on Saturday and the finale at Allansford's Premier Speedway.
Starting from pole position in the 30-lap A-main Veal, who also claimed the track premierships at Warrnambool and Avalon, was passed by Darren Mollenoyux in the opening lap and had to bide his time until a risky move on the eighth lap.
Mollenoyux would hit the wall as a result of the pass and with six laps to go he would force a yellow flag as he retired from the race. One lap later Jack Lee, John Vogels and Daniel Pestka caused another stop when they crashed.
From the restart Veal sped away to claim the checkered flag and create Easter Trail history. Bendigo's Rusty Hickman finished in third and Timboon's Luke Walker was runner-up.
Veal, who also won in Sydney last weekend, said he thoroughly enjoyed securing the victory and the rare feat.
"It was great fun, I grew up around Molly (Mollenoyux) and it was good to have a good race with him," he said.
"We were throwing it pretty deep there unfortunately he got a little bit tied up there (on the wall).
"Bit unfortunate he had to pull in but can't thank the guys enough for a super weekend and a good way to end the season and roll into next year."
Tim Van Ginneken was the biggest mover from the night. He started the finale in 10th and would storm to finish just off the podium.
Fellow south-west driver Corey McCullagh would finish in fifth. Brock Hallett finished behind him in sixth.
