The Port Fairy Belfast Lions Club event, held annually on Easter Saturday, is one of the group's biggest fundraisers for the year.
Event co-ordinator Neil Hedger said it attracted a crowd of up to 4000 people, including holiday makers visiting for the long weekend.
He said the fair would include food stalls and the famous Lions barbecue with bacon, eggs and sausages available for purchase.
"We have an Easter egg raffle going on in the centre court at Railway Place and we also have six crayfish spins. Hopefully the Irish dancers will be there as well," Mr Hedger said.
He said the event was held in conjunction with the Port Fairy Community House which had 94 stallholders booked for this weekend's market.
"Come over to Port Fairy," he said. "The more the merrier. There will be plenty of food stalls and other things happening."
The fair is on at Port Fairy's Railway Place from 8am.
