He might have given you a high-five as you ran past or you may have seen him packing up the flags at the finish line.
Adam Holloway celebrated his 100th run on Saturday with his parkrun family cheering him on.
Holloway, who donned the 100 cape, lay on the ground after he crossed the finish line.
"I feel ecstatic, it's the best weekend I've had in a hundred weekends," he said.
Holloway, who has completed 99 parkruns at Warrnambool's Lake Pertobe and one at Timboon, said it was great exercise.
"My family and friends all starting doing park run," he said.
"So I said I'd come down and do it.
"I've come every week since, I can't help myself."
Event director Jarrod Mast said it was a great achievement for the runner known for "dealing out high-fives" on the track.
"It's pretty special," he said.
"He's pretty much a regular at our event.
"Everyone knows him.
"He's a really good personality to have as part of our parkrun family."
But the runner doesn't just tick the legs over, he volunteers to ensures others can participate in the free weekly five kilometre run.
Mast said Holloway had made it his job to pack up the flags at the finish line.
But Holloway, who lives in Warrnambool, would tell you he's just one of many great volunteers who make parkrun happen.
In a speech before he started his milestone run, he thanked all the volunteers and encouraged others to help out to make parkrun a success long into the future.
Holloway said he had hopes to tackle longer distance runs.
"I know it's only five kilometers but I hope to do 15 or 16kms one day for Warrnambool Athletics Club," he said.
Outside of running circles, Holloway plays lawn bowls for Warrnambool Bowls Club and Tenpin Bowling in the Ball and Chain League at Great Ocean Road Tenpin Bowl.
"That's enough to keep me busy," he said.
Warrnambool parkrun celebrated its second birthday in November and only a few people, who call Warrnambool their home club, have reached 100 runs.
