Price praised the Bombers' pressure and said his side needs to work on its skills.
He said he wanted his Cats to be cleaner with ball.
"At training we'll do more competitive work and work on clean ball movement," he said.
Price said he was pleased with the Cats' fast-start, which saw them up by 42 points at quarter time.
"We got off to a flying start and played the style we want to," he said.
But he said they dropped away from their game structure thereafter.
"We went back out there like a totally different side," he said.
Allansford was outscored by the Bombers in the second quarter by three-points.
But it bounced back in the third quarter with five goals to storm towards a 19.15 (129) to 8.5 (53) victory. Price said a positive from the match was his side had nine goal-kickers with Kye Bunworth booting a game-high four goals.
"It shows we're hitting the scoreboard well enough," he said.
"And we've got good avenues to goal."
Bunworth was named the Cat's best player, while Justin Fedley, Travis Membrey, Patrick Higgins, Bradley Edge and Brent Fedley also performed well.
Price said his side also applied good pressure on the Bombers.
"Our tackling pressure was great," he said.
The Cat's mentor said East Warrnambool's Jyran Chatfield, who finished with five goals, played well.
"Chatfield was hard to contain," he said.
Allansford have the Eastern weekend off with a bye next weekend, while Danny Chatfield's Bombers will play their second game of the season against Russells Creek at Reid Oval.
