The East Warrnambool franchise is donating $2 from every six pack of hot cross buns to the four-year-old, who suffers Diamond Blackfan Anaemia (DBA), an extremely rare blood condition that affects about 20 Australians and about 1000 patients worldwide.
The community has been rallying behind Noah's family who has the chance to have a consultation with one of only a handful of DBA specialists worldwide at Camp Sunshine in the US in July.
East Warrnambool Baker's Delight owners Kim and Corey Sordello have not long moved to Warrnambool but were quick to jump on board the fundraiser.
Mrs Sordell said Noah's mum Kristy was a customer of the store.
"When my husband and I heard through Facebook and The Standard that money was being raised for the family, we thought we absolutely have to help. And with Easter just around the corner, we thought the sale of hot cross buns was just perfect," she said.
"Noah and his mum came in earlier this morning which was great. It was all hugs when we saw them. I think the family is very overwhelmed with all the support.
"We've only been here about 10 months but the community has been very supportive. Our customers have made us feel so welcome and we just want to give back to that."
Mrs Sordell said over 300 hot cross buns had been purchased in the first four hours.
"That is normally what we would sell on average per day," she said.
"We have been blown away by the response. There are donation tins at the counter too so people can donate their spare change."
Baker's Delight will be open until 6.30pm Saturday.
