The Warriors will have access to four defenders, four mid-court players and three goalies for round one of the Warrnambool and District league netball season.
Maggie Kline, the league's third best shooter in 2018, Bec Kavanagh and the returning Chelsea Quinn will be jostling for the goal attack and shooter roles.
At the other end Sara Quinn, Emily Porra, Vanessa McLaren and Nicole O'Shannessy will look to cement their spots in defence.
McLaren along with Forth, Kavanagh and Rachel Alderson are capable of running through wing defence, wing attack and centre positions.
"For Jess and I it's down to match ups on the day," Forth said of how the co-coaches will decide to line up.
"Height, experience and fitness also all come into play with a full squad that is competing for a spots.
"Last year we were hit with injury and lost a lot of our depth and had to rely on our juniors, who did really well, but it's nice to have a full squad for the starting seven positions."
Forth said her side was capable of pushing the big three - reigning premier Nirranda, Dennington and Timboon. The Warriors' depth will be put to the test on Saturday when they face the Blues at Nirranda.
"I'm really excited to play Nirranda. They are a good way to measure where we are at," Forth said.
"We're going to relish the challenge of facing a side that has been an established at the top for last three seasons."
The last time Old Collegians netballers played Nirranda in 2018 it emerged as three-goal victors on the eve of the Warriors' first finals campaign since 2015.
The playing-coach said last season's exposure to September action would be a booster for the Warriors this year.
"The finals was great learning curve for us and the biggest positive is that they are still wanting to keep learning and growing together," she said.
