The exhibition will open at Courthouse Camperdown on Friday 5 April said Youth Projects Officer Jen Rowan.
"We would love to hear from as many young artists across the Shire as possible," Ms Rowan said.
"Whether you work in traditional mediums like paint, sculpture or textiles, or in new media, all artworks will be considered for the exhibition."
Ms Rowan hopes the event will showcase the talent of local youth, and promote the positive contribution young people make to the community.
Artists wanting to submit work should email youthservices@corangamite.vic.gov.au.
The youth event will be open to artists aged 25 and under.
The opening night of the exhibition will include live music from local artists, including solo performances from Grace Moloney and Kira Fitzpatrick, and a group performance from Jessica O'Connor, Imogen Crayden and Jordan Watson.
Artwork submissions will take place on 3pm-5pm Monday 1 April at Courthouse Camperdown. Terms and conditions of entry can be found on the Corangamite Shire website.
