The Country Women's Association (CWA) south western group are holding their Creative Arts Exhibition, showcasing the work of members from Cobden, Camperdown, Warrnambool, Allansford, Mortlake and Panmure.
Event organiser Bev Byron said it had been a few years since the CWA had hosted an exhibition for nearly three years, after the group hosted the CWA state exhibition in 2016.
"It was time to host another exhibition," Mrs Byron said.
"Everyone brings their craft in and it is all judged, and then we open the show up to the public.
"Once we get it all displayed, it should be a great exhibition."
Highlights for the show will include the quilts, crochet and knitting. Floral display, cooking and preserves will also feature in the show.
"We also have two categories of group entries, with the theme of 'High Tea for One', and 'Australian Flora' where the branch members have to display different crafts that display Australian flora," Mrs Byron said.
The CWA Creative Arts exhibition will be open to the public from 9am-4pm on Friday 29 and Saturday 30 March, at the Allansford Mechanics hall on Ziegler Parade. Refreshments will be available at the venue.
