The 'This Girl Can 3280' program will launch this Sunday with an introductory yoga session on the Warrnambool Civic Green.

The campaign is is designed to encourage more women to get involved in physical activity with a range of different free events across six weeks.
Activities will include a come and try soccer clinic, coached swimming sessions, pram walking, women's AFL, beginners hockey, and a silent disco.
Cr Sue Cassidy said it is Warrnambool's turn to join in with the success of the This Girl Can campaign, after receiving a grant from VicHealth.
"Council is proud to work with VicHealth to encourage local women and girls to smash stereotypes and have a go," Cr Cassidy said.
"There are dozens of free, fun and inclusive events that will help women talk that first and daunting step to being active."
Warrnambool Yoga Project teacher Peta Jolley said the workshop is designed to encourage show the value in yoga for mental and physical health and well being.
"The workshop will kick off the 'This Girl Can' campaign," Ms Jolley said.
"We encourage anyone to come down no matter what you skill set to come down and give it a try."
Participants are encouraged to stay and cheer home the Let's Talk Perth to Warrnambool riders, who are expected to end their marathon cycle on the Civic Green at 3.00pm.
