UPDATE, 2.15pm: A middle aged Warrnambool woman has been issued with an infringement notice after causing an accident at the Warrnambool intersection of Koroit Street and McMeekin Road.

About 11am the woman driving a white SUV went through a red light at the intersection and caused a head-on collision with a Mercedes delivery van heading north, driven by a middle aged Geelong man.
Warrnambool police Senior Constable Peter Hunter said the accident happened at low speed, airbags deployed, there were no injuries but both vehicle received significant damage.
"She had a few things on her mind and was not paying attention," he said.
"A penalty notice has been issued for careless driving. Both vehicles were towed away.
"We had just gone through the intersection and heard the impact of the collision so we were right on the spot," he said.
Earlier: Emergency services are on the scene of a car accident in Warrnambool.
Police are diverting traffic at the Koroit Street/McMeekin Road intersection after a crash.
Reporter Andrew Thomson, who is at the incident, says a four-wheel drive's front has been destroyed.
Warrnambool Fire Brigade officers have washed down the accident scene.
It is believed a truck was also involved in the crash.
Investigations into the crash are ongoing.
