Victorian Aboriginal Tent Embassy spokesman Mitch Vella said half a dozen people were living at the campsite to protect the forest.
Officers from the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning arrived at the camp on Monday to remove the makeshift campsite after a court ruling in February.
Mr Vella said police dismantled a number of makeshift structures and seized a $10,000 caravan that had been donated to the group, $10,000 worth of solar equipment that had also been donated and all of his personal belongings.
"I don't even have a change of clothes," he said.
Despite being told to leave, Mr Vella said he would not budge.
"I'll be here until they shoot me," Mr Vella said.
"We've had enough - we've been fighting this battle for 231 years."
Mr Vella said he was not a violent man, but he would protect his fellow campmates.
"I won't be violent but I will stand my ground and if any elders are threatened or harmed I will have to uphold tribal law," he said.
"I will go and get my spear and put it through one of their legs. I won't kill them but they will walk with a limp for the rest of their life."
Police allege a man smashed a mug over a police officer's head during the operation on Monday, a claim camp members refute.
The group is living in the forest in a bid to clean it up and protect wildlife that is targeted by hunters.
Mr Vella said a lot of items police seized from the site were sacred Aboriginal artefacts.
He said the campsite was a mess after police demolished a number of structures.
"It's a total mess - there's broken glass everywhere," Mr Vella said.
He said it had been a traumatic experience to the camp members involved.
