Police are considering fatigue or a medical episode as possible factors in a fatal collision which resulted in the death of a B-double truck driver near Branxholme on Monday.

South-west police road safety manager Senior Sergeant Chris Asenjo said the 53-year-old truck driver died at the accident scene.
"At the present time the cause of the incident is under investigation and we are considering the potential factors of fatigue and a medical episode.
"We are seeking witnesses to the accident or anyone who saw the vehicle immediately before the accident and the manner it was being driven."
Officers have been told the B-double was travelling along the Henty Highway just after 3am.
The prime mover veered off the road and crashed into a tree.

Senior Sergeant Asenjo said that on average there was one truck rollover in the south-west each week.
There have been seven lives lost in the south-west so far this year compared with nine for all of 2018.
The road safety chief said heavy vehicles were involved in the past three south-west fatal collisions.
"Heavy vehicles are not always at fault but the sheer fact that they are involved often leads to significant road trauma," he said.
This year's Victorian road toll is 71 compared with 49 at the same time last year.
According to VicRoads, there were 13 truck rollovers reported to Regional Roads Victoria in the south-west last year.
So far this year there have been six, although it is understood those statistics are based on police figures, which only involve collisions in which injuries have been suffered. Many accidents are not reported.
