Stitches: The Embroiderers Guild Victoria South Western Branch are hosting their bi-annual exhibition at Warrnambool's Masonic Centre on Kepler Street from Friday to Sunday 10am to 4pm. This year's theme is Out of the Blue with more than 180 pieces of work on display.

Terang: The Terang Country Music Festival will run from Friday to Sunday at the Terang Racecourse. The annual three-day event kicks off Friday night in the Betting Ring Stadium and will include an array of musical talents.
Comedy: Local favourite Ben Gaylard is trialing his Melbourne International Comedy show Brightside and Suicide at Warrnambool's Mozart Hall from 8pm.
Gigs: The Tommyhawks, The Loft, supported by Black Bats and locals Snakes Don’t Need Keys.

Bowling: The Bowl goes green for MDA on Saturday from 10am to 1pm. Great Ocean Road Ten Pin Bowl is hosting the inaugural fundraiser for Muscular Dystrophy Awareness Warrnambool which include bowling, raffles and prizes.
Aviation: The Warrnambool Model Aircraft club is holding its annual Fun-Fly weekend Saturday from 10am to 4pm and Sunday 10am to 2pm. The model aircraft field is located 3.5km north of Koroit with gold-coin entry from Officers Lane. Sport, aerobatic, scale and jet models will be on display and flying.
Shave: Woolsthorpe resident Sue Bell is losing her locks in The World's Greatest Shave at the Woolsthorpe Hotel from 8pm. Schools, Kinders and community services are backing the local tanker driver as she shaves her locks for research into a cure for blood cancers.
Movie: Moyne Shire are hosting a movie night at the Purnim Hall on Hopkins Highway from 6.30pm. The family-friendly movie Planes Fire and Rescue will be followed by The Man From Snowy River and include free popcorn, tea and coffee for a gold coin donation.

SUNDAY
AFL: Hamilton's Monivae College will host the AFL Western District Expo 2019 on Sunday. Sports workshops will be held from 9.45am to 3pm.
Markets: The Fresh Market is on at Lake Pertobe from 8.30am to 1pm.
Music: ‘Boys in the Band’ is proud to present their brand new show Jukebox Revolution at Warrnambool's Lighthouse Theatre from 3pm on Sunday.
