Alicia Jackson, 15, was last seen in the Warrnambool area on March 5.
She is described as about 165cm tall with a medium build, and black, pink, and blonde coloured hair.
She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a purple checked shirt.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age.
Investigators have released an image of Alicia in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her whereabouts.
Police believe she frequents the Warrnambool, Doveton, Melton, and Thomastown areas.
Anyone who sees Alicia or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Dandenong police station on 9767 7444.
