Illingworth, 13, made 11 in her first time batting in the tournament as Country posted 6-188.
But it was not enough as Queensland chased down the impressive total with three wickets to spare. The loss now leaves Country 0-2 from the first two games of the eight-day tournament.
Illingworth claimed one run out in the run chase, while Green did not get a chance to bat or bowl in the defeat for the second game in a row.
The pair play return to action on Friday with twenty20 matches against their metro Victorian counterparts and NSW Metro.
