The popular summer nightspot raised $2140 for the all-abilities choir last Friday.
All-abilities advocacy mentor, Kylie Thulborn said the money would help bring the community group together.
"We have people from all across the south-west involved in the choir - Terang , Portland, Camperdown and Hamilton, to name a few," she said.
"We've got upcoming performances at the Rotary Peace Concert on March 7 and at Port Fairy Folk Festival (March 8 - 11). This money will allow us to provide a coach and facilitate transport to venues for performances.
"We will be performing on Stage One inside the arena (at Port Fairy Folk Festival), which is a massive step for us. The funding will go towards supporting the choir to come together for that, and in many other ways.
"Living in a regional community can mean there is some disadvantage and discrimination for members, so it's not always easy.
"This sort of money is really important to help kick start any grass root organisation."
The Warrnambool Laneway Bar's annual charity event has raised more than $23,000 for Peter’s Project, Standing Tall and the Leila Rose Foundation since its inception in 2013.
Friday's event saw Warrnambool duo True North team up with the choir for a rendition of John Farnham's You're the Voice.
Bar manager Paddy O'Brien said about 200 people were there in support of the choir.
"This year we chose Find Your Voice because it's a charity that really reflects the values of our bar as a whole," he said.
"I think we both strive to give Warrnambool a place where everyone can come and enjoy themselves. A place of inclusivity."
Ms Thulborn thanked all of the volunteer artists involved, including Gabby Steel, Owen Ellemor, Heath Robertson Music, Cooper Lower, Flynn Gurry, Jackson Greene, Mitch Crute, Tim Conlan, Eddy Boyle and Ian Winstanley.
"Thankyou also to everyone who came out and enjoyed the evening, bought a drink or put a few dollars in the collection tins," she said.
"And of course, to Paddy O'Brien and all of the staff who donated their time. The sense of gratitude is vast and has such a big ripple effect on the whole community."
The Warrnambool Laneway Bar will celebrate its summer finale with live disco from 6pm on Friday.
"We have a big line up of all our favourite artists from the summer," Mr O'Brien said.
"We'll have one hour each - or an hour of power - for each DJ and Balter beers, the number one beer in Australia for two years running, will be $6 each.
"We are looking forward to some good weather and a good time."
Mr O'Brien thanked Lima Lyons plumbing, James Kol Creative and Chef's Hat for their donations to the annual charity event.
