A large crowd of walkers set off on foot from the Pavilion for Granny’s Grave and once there, turned on their heels and came back again.
Prams, dogs on leads and even the odd scooter mingled seamlessly in with the walkers.
Many who took part donned a splash of green, in theme with Muscular Dystrophy Australia fundraising events.
The walk was organised by Warrnambool’s Chris Gillin, with Sunday’s stroll the latest in a long line of fundraisers he has organised.
This walk had some extra special significance for Mr Gillin, as it was also his 28th birthday.
The big turn out of walkers on Sunday was the perfect birthday present for Mr Gillin.
