Owners Lyn and Jed Mast said they were thankful for the support they’d received after taking over the venue three years ago.
"We have had some amazing support from local people and musicians," Mrs Mast said.
"We can't thank those people enough.
"This isn't the end of the live music scene in Warrnambool. I'm sure something else with come along."
After opening as The Liquid Lounge 20 years ago, the venue has hosted a range of national and international music acts including Kate Miller-Heidke, Tim Rogers, Sarah Blasko and Josh Pyke.
Local artists such as Nancie Schipper, Tom Richardson, Jackson Mclaren, and Cooper Lower have also developed their craft on The Loft's stage.
Doors will close for the final time at The Loft after the annual Arockalypse festival on June 9.
