The newest edition of the show will feature the museum's Formula One car, which was raced between 2011 and 2014, driven by former Italian racer Jarno Trulli for Team Lotus.
The car will be joined by over 100 other classic vehicles - including hot rods and muscle cars - at the finish line of the Classic on Raglan Parade from 8am.
Kruzin Classic's secretary Mick Kantsaros said it was exciting to have the car available for show at the club's traditional event at the Classic.
"It's great that we are able to get a car like this on show," he said.
