The Military Brotherhood Military Motorcycle Club member is offering a free barbecue, cannon firing and conversation in a bid to reduce suicide levels among returning service personnel.
The get-together will be held at Warrnambool’s Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village from 11am to 2pm.
“Anyone who’s donned a uniform in military service is welcome to join us,” he said.
“Any age, any service.
“Just come on down and have a laugh and a chat.
“Bring the wife, the kids, enjoy a snag n onions and enjoy a bike display to show your support.”
The inaugural event will include a free barbecue for veterans as well as a moment of silence following a cannon firing at 1pm.
