Led by star full-forward Tom Hawkins, the visiting AFL players will be the main attraction at Lake Pertobe between 4pm and 6pm.
Gathered Cats fans will get the chance to meet and greet their heroes with Trent Hill conducting interviews with the travelling players.
AFL Western District football development manager Alan Thompson said a visit from one of the state’s top clubs was always welcome.
“Any time we get an AFL club to visit the region is fantastic,” he said.
“It’s not just for the people who follow them but also helps promote the sport in the region.”
The club will also be running school visits on the Tuesday and have membership services available. AFLWD will also be providing Auskick registrations and south-west junior club information on the night.
The event follows on from Geelong’s community camps, which were held at Derrinallum and Lismore on Sunday and Monday.
