A management restructure at CobdenHealth has led to three senior managers losing their positions.

Acting chief executive officer Ali Rodda said there would be a number of appointments as part of the restructure.
She said federal government funding had been provided to review the current structure and implement changes, designed to future-proof the facility.
"I've been here three weeks and will be here until a general manager is appointed," she said.
"A lot of aged care facilities are struggling and we need to be sustainable and viable.
"The staff have been amazing and embraced the changes. Their care and attitudes is outstanding.
"The future is optimistic."
Ms Rodda said a grant had been obtained to undertake the organisational review which would lead to a new organisational chart.
"We'll have a general manager rather than a CEO, a residential care manager and a manager of corporate services," she said.
"There will be a splitting of the clinical and corporate services. We've started making those changes in the past week.
"We'll also be recruiting a roster clerk to take control of the roster. The aim will be to save on penalty rates and overtime so money saved can be reinvest in nursing staff," she said.
According to its website, Cobdenhealth delivers a range of aged care options and community services.
There are 60 residential beds for people who are no longer able to live independently.
CobdenHealth employs employ more than 100 staff.
The site was founded in 1957 as the Cobden and District Bush Nursing Hospital, and provided acute hospital care to the community for over 40 years.
In 1998 the facility no longer provided acute hospital care, and was renamed Cobden District Health Services Inc.
