Georgia McKane, 24, of Wanstead Street, was required to appear in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Monday facing charges of causing criminal damage, obtaining a financial advantage by deception and failing to answer bail.
She is already on a community corrections order, involving 90 hours of community work, after being charged with assault.
Ms McKane has not complied with that court order.
She was also on court integrated services program bail, aimed to provide assistance but the court received a report her compliance had been poor and she should be removed from the program.
Four warrants have also previously been issued for Ms McKane’s arrest.
After Mr McKane failed to appear in court on Monday, magistrate Franz Holzer issued a warrant for her arrest.
He also imposed a surety of $200 on bail for when Ms McKane is arrested.
