Warrnambool police Acting Sergeant Ben Timpson said the woman, who had a history of drug use, was found in the car of another drug user when police officers intercepted a vehicle in Raglan Parade at 1.45am Tuesday.
She was breaching a bail overnight curfew imposed at the Warrnambool Magistrates Court on December 17.
"It's believed the woman is still involved in the drug culture. She was arrested, interviewed, charged and remanded in custody to appear in court later today," Acting Sergeant Timpson said.
The man driving the car was also charged with possessing a small amount of ice.
