As leader of the new band featuring the best music of the Rolling Stones, Mr Crawley said Saturday’s four-hour live gig at St Brigid’s Hall will be a “full-on, great value, rock and roll show”.
“This is our first high-profile gig,” he said.
“All the musicians are very well-known local musos who have been in the scene for many years.”
South-west musicians Richard Crawley, Phil Jones, James Dyson, Barry Galbraith, Graeme Galbraith and Matt Hewson have teamed up to headline the event.
The group will be joined by The Dave Burgess Blues Band and returning Warrnambool solo blues artist Luke Watt.
The event starts at 7pm with music from 7.45pm until midnight.
“Tickets are currently available, and it is worth pointing out that there will be food and drinks available at bar prices, and punters can BYO anything they like as well,” Mr Crawley said.
