Police have released images of a bicycle that was struck by a vehicle in Warrnambool on Christmas Eve.
The yet to be identified cyclist was airlifted to hospital with serious head injuries.
He is believed to be aged in his 30s with olive skin, a medium build, black hair, a moustache and a goatee.

Police are seeking the public's assistance to identify a cyclist that was airlifted to hospital with head injuries after colliding with a vehicle.
Warrnambool police Sergeant Cameron Ross said the incident occurred in Warrnambool’s Morris Road about 8.30pm Christmas Eve.
A 35-year-old male was airlifted to Melbourne with head injuries.
Sergeant Ross said police were yet to identify the victim.
“The man was in a critical condition and inquiries into his identity are ongoing,” he said.
“The man was riding a BMX bike when he failed to give way and collided with an oncoming car.
“He was not wearing a helmet.”
The driver of the vehicle is believed to be from Warrnambool.
Sergeant Ross said the driver assisted police at the scene.

In other news, police have praised Warrnambool party-goers as they celebrated Christmas Eve overnight.
“Overall the behaviour was generally pretty good,” Sergeant Ross said.
“Police did not make any arrests.”
