Warrnambool police Sergeant Cameron Ross said officers executed search warrants at Scotts Creek and Timboon addresses about 7.30pm after drugs worth $50,000 were seized early Tuesday in Warrnambool.
Nothing was found at the Scotts Creek home.
A small amount of amphetamine and ice was located by police at the Timboon address.
A Timboon man aged in his mid 20s was arrested, interviewed and charged with possession of drugs.
He was released on bail to appear in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court early next year.
Emily Smith, 25, of Geelong, and Timboon man Nathan Bullen, 24, appeared in Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Tuesday charged with trafficking methylamphetamine and possessing methylamphetamine.
They are expected back in court on Wednesday for further hearings.
Tuesday, 4pm:
A south-west man and woman caught with ice valued at $50,000 have been remanded in custody.
Emily Smith, 25, of Warrnambool, and Corangamite district man Nathan Bullen, 24, appeared in Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Tuesday charged with trafficking methylamphetamine and possessing methylamphetamine.
Police prosecutor Sergeant Sandra Skilton told the court the investigation was ongoing and more charges could be laid in relation to the offending.
The pair made no application for bail and were remanded in custody. They will appear in court again on Wednesday.

A Warrnambool woman and Corangamite district man in their mid 20s are assisting police with their inquiries after being busted with ice valued at $50,000 early Tuesday morning.
Warrnambool police Sergeant Matthew Laxton said officers were involved in a routine intercept of a vehicle on the outskirts of the city about 5am.
He said the drugs were located in the vehicle, the man and woman were arrested and police investigations were currently ongoing.
The Warrnambool woman is aged 25 years old and the Corangamite district man 24.
"Two persons of interest are currently assisting police with our inquiries. They are two cleanskins, we've never seen them before," Sergeant Laxton said.
"About 87 grams of crystal methylamphetamine has been seized. It's a significant drug bust."
It's expected that the arrested couple are likely to appear in Warrnambool Magistrates Court later on Tuesday.
