Wareham was part of the Melbourne Renegades team that took on the Adelaide Strikers in a Women’s Big Bash League (WBBL) game at Eastern Oval in Ballarat on Sunday.
The game was called off just three balls short of a result being achieved.
The Renegades batted first, making 4-83 from 14.3 overs.
In reply, the Strikers got through 4.3 overs, making 2-27, before rain ended the day.
Five overs are needed for a result to be declared.
Wareham, who did not bat, bowled one over, finishing with figures of 0-1.
The weather was kinder on Saturday for Wareham and the Renegades.
Playing in Melbourne, the Renegades defeated the Strikers by one run after Claire Koski hit a four off the last ball of the game.
Wareham’s talents with the bat were again not called on, but she played an important role with the ball for the Renegades, taking 2-20 from four overs. The Renegades are now fifth on the WBBL ladder after three rounds.
