Warrnambool is expecting a shower of two today, generally windy conditions with a top temperature of 17 degrees.
There's a high 70 per cent chance of rain with between zero and three millimetres predicted.
Winds will be north-westerly 25 to 30 km/h, turning westerly and increasing to up to 45km/h in the morning before dropping this evening.
Hamilton and Portland are expecting 17 degrees and Colac 16.
The day-time high temperatures are expected to heat up during the week with Tuesday a top of between 19 and 23 degrees, Wednesday 25 to 30 degrees and Thursday low to mid 30s.
