A WARRNAMBOOL businessman has been arrested and interviewed by police over allegations of inappropriate behaviour.
A Warrnambool-based sexual offences and child abuse investigation team member referred inquiries to Victoria Police's media unit late last week.
A unit spokeswoman said a 50-year-old man was arrested and interviewed on Thursday last week in relation to inappropriate behaviour at a Warrnambool business.
She said the Warrnambool man was released pending summons and the investigation remained ongoing.
It's expected a police brief of evidence will be compiled and then reviewed to determine if any charges are to be laid by police.
Officers have been looking into allegations for the past couple of months.
