Kelly Mueller, 33, pleaded guilty in Warrnambool Magistrates Court to two counts of driving while suspended and refusing to accompany police for the purpose of a breath test. She was sentenced to two months in jail and her licence was cancelled and disqualified for four years.
In March 2017 Mueller was placed on a community corrections order after she was caught driving without a licence seven times.
Magistrate Peter Mellas said the latest offending was serious.
He said Mueller had got back behind the wheel shortly after she had finished serving a community corrections order and re-offended twice in a little over a month.
On June 16 Mueller was intercepted by police driving on Mortlake's Dunlop Street about 11pm. She said she thought she had her licence back.
Her vehicle was impounded.
Then on July 23 she was intercepted travelling east on Mortlake's Townsend Street. She told police she knew she should not have been driving.
Mueller returned a positive preliminary breath test but then refused to accompany police to the station for an evidentiary breath test.
