And they are determined to let their on-field performances show they can lead the way.
On Saturday Drake (24) and Bartlett (20) both recorded their top scores of the season. Drake said he prided himself on becoming a leader.
"I just took it upon myself that the team needed it and it was a good opportunity for me to step up and be a bit of a leader for the team," he said.
"I like to have my influence on the game and it is good to have a few different opinions on stuff."
Drake, who faced 38 balls in 68 minutes for his 24 runs, admitted he took some time to find his feet at the crease.
"I started off a bit shakey because there were a few nerves being early in the season," he said.
"But once I got a few out of the middle it just flowed on from there so I got a bit more confidence.
"Just go out there relaxed, once you relax it just sort of comes to you. And just have a bit of freedom because there is nothing really to lose.”
The Warriors were rolled for just 93 runs, a target Killarney was always a big chance to chase down.
Despite losing six wickets in the process the Crabs eventually made the runs to finish on 6/95.
