Fair: Merrivale Primary School is hosting its biennial Fun Fair from 5pm-8pm. The school fundraiser will include a spinning wheel, a monster raffle, stalls, children’s rides and a silent auction.Emerging singer-songwriter Flynn Gurry, a Merrivale resident, will perform.

Dance: The Zest for Life project is holding its supper dance 7pm-10pm at the Wannon Room, Warrnambool Showgrounds.
Theatre: Warrnambool’s Lighthouse Theatre is presenting the Dog’s Dinner Theatre Group’s Voices from the Fields from 7.30pm on Friday and Saturday and 2pm Saturday.

Open House: Eurambeen Historic Homestead in Beaufort will open its gates on Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4pm.

Remember: The south-west will host an array of Remembrance Day services on Sunday, marking the 100th anniversary of Armistice. Local RSL clubs are welcoming the community to pay their respects to those lost in wars.
Try: Warrnambool City Council are hosting a whale boat and skiff come and try day on the Hopkins River near Proudfoots from 10am to 12.30pm. All ages all skill levels welcome.
Fundraiser: Former netball and basketball player Maddy White is shaving her locks for brain cancer research. ‘Shave off Maddy’s Mane’ will be held at the South Warrnambool Football Netball Clubrooms from 12 noon with activities including live music, a barbecue and an open invitation to join the shave. All funds raised from the shave will go to the RCD Foundation.
Fete: Anglican Parish Warrnambool Christ Church Parish Fete 11am-1.30pm.
Dennington: St John’s Primary School is hosting the Dennington Day Out from 10.30am to 3.30pm. Activities will include bucking bull rides, a photo booth, fresh produce, stalls face-painting, animals and a special Remembrance Day service. The event is an annual fundraiser for the Dennington Cricket Club, the Dennington Football Netball Club, the Dennington Bowls Club, St John’s Primary School and the Dennington Kinder.
Music: Lior is bringing his Between You and Me collection of songs to Warrnambool’s Lighthouse Theatre from 7.30pm.
Art: The Warrnambool and District Artists Society are presenting a new exhibition celebrating Armistice Day at 2pm at the Merri View Gallery.
