Warrnambool police Sergeant Andy Raven said the woman was arrested at a Warrnambool address about 1.30pm on Tuesday.
He said the woman had seven outstanding warrants of apprehension and had failed to appear in court on a number of occasions.
The woman is also facing deception-related charges and thefts from motor vehicles in Melbourne.
“Some of the matters are quite old and they have now caught up with her,” Sergeant Raven said.
“She was remanded yesterday by a bail justice and will appear in Warrnambool Magistrates Court for a remand hearing today.”
