The event is played in honour of Jewell, who joined the club in 1984.
She was elected to the women's committee, was senior vice-president in 1987 and 89 and president in 1989-90.
She continued to serve on the committee in 1991-92-93 until her death on October 14, 1993.
The winner of this year’s event was Jean Wilson, with a net 71.
Wilson now has her name on all the women's club honourboard events.
Her last goal probably remains a hole in one.
The Jewell family donated the trophies for the day, with other winners being Jean Wilson (Shield and C Grade) and Helen Rix (B Grade).
