Elders Camperdown and Mortlake real estate agent Rob Rickard said a 457-acre cropping and grazing land sale in Lismore during the week produced a result that was “pleasing for all”.
Mr Rickard said the land on Four Tree Road included a three-bedroom brick veneer home, two sheering sheds, three grain silos, a bore and dam was prime cropping and grazing land.
“Bidding started at $2700 per acre and the land sold under the hammer to a local buyer for $4100 per acre.”
“The result,” Mr Rickard said. “Was above the vendors expectation and was a pleasing result for all.”
